(a) Drawing of Complete Project Master Plan for comprehensive Urban Design initiative - taking into all City Level Urban issues that emerge.
(b) Study of Art Deco, as a reference point that forms basis of Design Scheme. (c) Study of related Urban / Architectural History of Bombay with reference to this precinct. (d) Design and Detailing of all aspects and elements of the Scheme that emerge out of the proposal including Urban Design Elements, Landscaping elements, street furniture elements, street lighting scheme, pedestrian traffic lines, vehicular traffic lines, Bus - Stops, Utility Trenches for present and future, restructuring of partly reclaimed termination into Public Amphitheatre Plaza upto the Sea etc. |
