7.	Scope of Work	Preparation of complete comprehensive Design Design of all floors individually as per the brief given by the client. Design of External Gr. Flr. Facade Compound Area, Terrace on 1st Floor, Internal Staircase block, Gr. Flr. Lobby.
8.	Schedule of Services	• Complete design, detailing, floating of tenders, supervising for interiors, furniture, fixtures & equipment for all floors.  • Quality assurance of finished product.
