PROJECT DETAILS ILFSL Location: Bandra-Kurla, Mumbai Client: ILFSL B.u.area: 4 lac sq.ft. will be completed by end 1999 Associate architect: Arshad Ankolkar  The ILFSL building is an office complex in the newly developed area of Bandra-Kurla. It has an internal elliptical atrium culminating into an ellipsoid fabric membrane roof supported on steel girders with office spaces overlooking the entire atrium. The top three floors belonging to ILFSL are designed as open-plan office spaces with a very modern and contemporary look using systems furniture. The building envelope is dry-clad with bush-hammered granite up to the podium level and pre-polished granite up to the first five floors with the ellipsoid superstructure in Alucobond and high-performance glass structurally glazed. |
