There are many restrains, the proximity to airport restrains the height, the shape and the size of the plot – restricts the foot print of the building. On one side the airstrip and domestic airport and on other sides surrounded by building, it does not give an exposure to the building. Hence, an introvert concept of the hotel is generated.
