 The first hotel in India with a large atrium 70 meters high. The 420-room hotel features large public areas and a commercial complex. The total built up area is 7,00,000 Sq. Ft. This was also the first curtain wall building in India and the first with capsule elevators. The swimming pool is located at a height of 18.00M above road level and is cantilevered beyond the building. At 67 M level is a restaurant suspended like a chandelier over the lobby and accessed from 4 diagonally placed plate girder bridges. A Restaurant at terrace level gives a magnificent view of Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Raj Path.
