 This building has a long history behind it. The structure was initially designed as a residential building and the R.C.C. frame constructed, sometime in early 60’s. This building, consists of basement and 20 floors. Extensive strengthen-ing had to be done to the standing structure which had been exposed to the elements for 15 years. The building incorporates building management system and the curtain wall comprises of double glazed insulated factory-made panels. This type of curtain wall construction is known as ‘unitised system ’. A provision of helipad has been made on the roof of service core. |
