 This building is of ground and Seven floors with a built up area of 3,00,000 Sq. Ft. and is corporate headquarters of Mahindra & Mahindra, manufacturers of Jeeps and Light Industrial vehicles and passenger cars. The building comprises of a podium floor and six upper floors. The top of the podium floor is extensively landscaped. The plan is divided into three elements. The east-west oriented and the north-south oriented office wings at right angles to each other with the staircase/elevator block comprising the third element. The office wings are connected to the elevator block by access bridges. The west and north sides of the office wings have clear heat strengthened glass curtain wall. |
