 This project was also won in competition. This is the first all steel building built in India with a superstructure area of 4,30,000 Sq. Ft. constructed in 8 months with 2 level basements of 2,30,000 Sq.Ft. using diaphragm wall. The scope of work included total architectural and engineering services. This building is going to be the corporate headquarters of one of the biggest financial institutions of India. Each Tower has atrium admeasuring about 12.00m.x12.00m. around which are planned office spaces. An access corridor surrounds the atrium. An extensive access control & intrusion detection system is installed since the client is a financial institution.  
This building is the first building to have extensive structural glazing of total area of 14,000 sq.m. |
