 This is an office building built as a well developed Commercial Complex. The plan is designed around a main service core containing elevators and services. Each wing has stepped landscaped terraces facing the main road. The building has an atrium covered by an inclined space frame with tinted heat resistant glass over anodised aluminium sections. The B.M.S. is planned to detect faults in equipments and initiate rectification and preventive maintenance operations.   
All finishes to floors are hard wearing like granite, marble, ceramic tiles and all exterior finishes are in heritage plaster. All glazing is of tinted heat reflective glass with bronze anodised aluminium sections. |
