This project being built by Bharat Hotels, is proposed at Sahar, opposite the Leela Hotel. It consists of 400 guest rooms and suites with an attached commercial building with shops, offices and service apartments. 

The plan comprises of 2 basements, and seven upper floors due to  height restriction from airport authority. 
The Hotel will have  3 F & B outlets, a banquet hall and 2 function rooms. 
There will be a total of 19 elevators in the hotel and commercial building together.
