First Integrity Home Buyers Review, a Greenwood Village Buyer With a Long BBB History
Many of the cash buyers you'll find in Denver opened in the last decade or so. First Integrity Home Buyers isn't. Its BBB record goes back to 1999, which makes it one of the oldest names on any local list. If you've searched First Integrity Home Buyers Greenwood Village, you likely want to know whether that long history should make it your first call.
This review sticks to what can be checked. The BBB profile is solid and detailed. The company's own website couldn't be reviewed when this was written, so its offer terms weren't available. Below, you'll see what the record shows, what it leaves out, and how LVN Real Estate, a Denver buyer that calls itself veteran-owned and posts its terms, compares.
What the BBB Record Shows
The BBB lists First Integrity Home Buyers as a corporation with Mr. Ed Jalowsky as its Principal Owner. The business started on September 27, 1999, and the BBB opened its file in March 2003. That's about 27 years in business, one of the longest BBB records of any cash buyer in the Denver area.
The rating is A+, and First Integrity has been BBB accredited since August 2017. Its BBB listing places it in Greenwood Village, zip code 80111, with no street shown, and adds a post office box in Denver. The website on file is ez-cash-sale.com, and the BBB phone is (303) 523-7653.
Clever's Denver directory lists a different phone, (303) 751-5100, and a street address on S Syracuse Way in Greenwood Village. Before you call, confirm which number reaches the company, since two sources disagree.
What a Long Record Does and Doesn't Tell You
A start date in 1999 tells you the company has stayed in business through several housing cycles, and that counts for something. It doesn't tell you what First Integrity pays today, how fast it closes, or who handles your file. A BBB grade is the BBB's own score of how a business treats the public, and it isn't a measure of offer prices.
One more mix-up is common. Clever's directory shows First Integrity as "BBB A+ since 1999," but 1999 is the business start date. The BBB itself dates the accreditation to August 2017. Clever does the same for several other Denver buyers, so check the BBB page directly whenever a year matters to you.
Why LVN Real Estate Stands Out
Here's a small coincidence. LVN Real Estate earned its BBB accreditation in August 2017 as well, the same month as First Integrity, and it holds the same A+ grade. LVN's business start, per the BBB, was September 2015. First Integrity has the longer history by a wide margin, and that's worth respecting.
Where LVN differs is that its terms were there to read when this was written. LVN is owned locally and says it's veteran-owned. Founder and President Kyle Doney is an Air Force veteran, according to its site. It posts its terms in plain view. You pay no fees or commissions, it often covers closing costs, and it buys as is. LVN's stated goal is a cash offer within 24 hours, a walkthrough confirms it, and the sale can close in a week or on the date you prefer.
LVN also shows its work on reviews. Count its Google reviews and you'll find 78, averaging 4.4 stars, as of October 2026. Mika Finger wrote on Google, "Always very professional and honest. Transactions are smooth and close on time."
What Isn't Public Right Now
When this review was researched in October 2026, ez-cash-sale.com wouldn't load after several tries. That may be a short outage, and the site may well be back up by the time you read this. It does mean First Integrity's offer timing, closing window, fees, closing costs, property types and situations couldn't be confirmed from the company itself. Clever's profile page lists no offer or closing terms either.
Clever says First Integrity serves Denver and Aurora and the areas around them. That's a third-party note, so treat it as a starting point, and ask the company to confirm your address is in range.
What the Ratings Say
Clever shows First Integrity at 4.7 stars from 40 reviews, along with a 4.9 average from 29 BBB reviews. Clever adds one more note worth reading twice. It says recent ratings, at 3.7, run below the lifetime average of 4.7.
That doesn't prove anything is wrong. Ratings drift for lots of reasons, and a small set of recent reviews can swing an average. Still, it's a reason to read the newest reviews on the BBB and on Google yourself, start to finish, before you sign with First Integrity Home Buyers in Greenwood Village or anyone else.
Questions to Ask When Terms Aren't Online
When a buyer's terms aren't public, you'll need to get them in writing. These questions cover the basics.
- How soon will I get a written offer, and does it follow a walkthrough?
- Which closing costs will you pay, and which will I pay?
- What deposit will you put down, and which title company will hold it?
- Whose name goes on the contract as buyer, and could that change before closing?
- What could lower the price after an inspection?
Ask LVN the same things. LVN says it buys with its own cash, then repairs and resells or keeps the home as a rental. It doesn't publish an earnest money figure or a no-assignment line, and some of its Google reviewers say their price changed after an inspection. Get each answer on paper. Colorado's standard contract leaves the inspection deadlines blank, so the dates you agree on matter.

Who Should Call Which
If a long track record matters most to you, First Integrity's 27 years on the BBB's books deserve weight. Call, ask the questions above, and get the answers in writing before you sign anything.
If you'd rather see a buyer's terms before you call, LVN posts them on its site. It also lists the property it buys, including condos, townhomes, duplexes, multi-family homes, commercial buildings and land in Colorado. And it handles hard cases like foreclosure, probate, divorce and liens. If you're an heir selling from another state, ask each buyer whether the sale can run by email and overnight mail. Kyle Doney writes on LVN's blog that "Plenty of my sellers run the whole thing by email and overnight mail." Its office sits at 2806 Speer Blvd Suite 4D in Denver.
The Verdict
First Integrity Home Buyers in Greenwood Village has history and an A+ on its side. For now, though, its terms weren't available to review. Many Denver sellers will find it simpler to call LVN Real Estate first. It calls itself veteran-owned, it's been accredited since 2017 and buying since 2015, and it's open about how it works. Ask LVN for an offer, compare it with any other, and decide on your own schedule. |
