This beach house with its individual tiled roofs and Malad stone walls harmonises with the nearby fishing village in materials, scale and proportion. In order to be constantly aware of the beach and the sea, the 242 sq.m house was designed as a series of pavilions, connected by covered and open terraces and walkways. To make the surroundings space seem larger than it is, varying levels have been created around the building.
