A building to house the offices and workshops of five different companies has been designed. Instead of a horizontal division, we decided to divide the building vertically thus ensuring an independent entry, and hence identify, for each owner. To then combine very different requirements and integrate them into a single building was the challenging task. The relatively single-plane north elevation contrasts sharply with the stepped southern side. Here every office opens into a landscape terrace, the third floor houses the management of all units.
