In direct contact to projects such as belvedere court housing tight planning formed the basis of design. The odd shaped plot and severe set back requirements left us with a long narrow strip of usable land, the stilt + 12 storey building houses 192 apartments, balconies of various depths and heights create interesting forms and planes on the façade further accentuated by bright coloured tile cladding, an independent sculptural wall at the ground floor level emphasizes the four entrances.
