The building comprises of basement, ground + 4 upper floor with future provision for 2 additional floors. 

The total area of basement is 7500 sq.m. and of superstructure is 21,000 sq.m. Individual offices are planned to be air conditioned by central plant in the basement. 

An exhibition pavilion cum conference facility is planned at ground level with retractable roof with Teflon fabric supported on arches. 

Provision has also been made in the plan for fitness centre and swimming pool at terrace level.
