Another white-black and red building. Directional, rooms facing the view. Services at the back. It overlooks the Bombay Central station and is a landmark in its locality. |

Elements of the building have a heirachy of form, colour, and size, and these are balanced to give the building a sharp monumental character. Building has a huge cut-out in its centre, which accommodates a fountain and waterfall. These form an integral part of the building, in that, they are within the building. |
The back side is largely black in colour to differentiate it sculpturally from the front. Sharply different 'front' and 'back' sides, as in Belvedere Court. |
