1. Invited by the Government of Iran to represent India in the Panel of "World Architect's Conference" held in Isfahan in 1970.
2. Member (Committee #12) of the Joint Committee on Tall Buildings, Lehigh University, U.S.A. (Under UNESCO). 3. Nominated by the Prime Minister of India as an Advisor on the Sub- Committee for the Exhibition on Islamic Heritage to be organised during the Centenary Celebrations of Hijri Era. 4. The company conducts Architectural Design & Planning, Town Planning, Interior Designing, Engineering Co-ordination, Tender Documentation and provides Site Supervision. Reputed Consulting Engineers are affiliated with the firm for preparation of Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Air-conditioning, Environmental Control and Landscaping Designs. The firm operates under the leadership of Mr. I.M. Kadri and Mr. Rahul Kadri, who are the Principal Architects. The Principal Architects are assisted by 37 Project Architects. Project Engineering and Co-ordination, Quantity Surveying, Tendering, Contract Administration and Execution is done by a team of 5 Project Engineers. The annual turn over in terms of cost of Project dealt within India is in the order of Rs. 1,000 crores (approximately). Besides this, the company has a branch in Muscat (Sultanate of Oman) and in Bangalore. |
